A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an official confirmation from Move My Couch.

Pre-existing damage to furniture

Improperly packaged items

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Customers are encouraged to ensure their items are properly protected.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

Illegal goods or substances

Hazardous or flammable materials

Items that require special licensing or handling

We reserve the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe or unsuitable for transport.
